1. Product & Order Information

1.1 All product images, descriptions, engraved text templates, and accessory decorations (rhinestones, heart keyrings) displayed on the shopping link are for reference only. Minor differences in metal luster, engraving depth, and crystal color shade may exist due to batch production and screen display variations, which do not qualify as defective goods.

1.2 Buyers are solely responsible for verifying all custom engraving text, names, spellings, and layout before submitting orders. We will produce products strictly per the text you provide; spelling or grammatical errors submitted by the Buyer cannot be grounds for free re-production, refund or exchange.

1.3 We reserve the right to adjust product specifications, packaging, and accessory matching without prior notice, provided the overall product function and value remain unchanged.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 All prices listed on the shopping link are quoted in US Dollars, excluding international shipping fees, import duties, tax, customs administrative fees, and remote delivery surcharges for North American and EU destinations-unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Full payment must be completed via supported credit card payment methods before we arrange production. Orders without full payment confirmation will be automatically canceled after 3 business days.

2.3 Tax ID, banking, and customs clearance costs for import into the United States or European Union are the Buyer’s liability unless DDP delivery service is selected and stated separately on your order quotation.

2.4 Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to raw material cost fluctuations, exchange rate adjustments, or logistics price hikes. The final price confirmed at checkout shall prevail for your single order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Estimated production lead time: 7–12 business days after payment confirmation. International shipping transit times vary by logistics channel:

• International Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 working days to North America; 4–8 working days to the EU

• Air Freight Line: 10–18 working days

  3.2 We will send a tracking number to your registered email once goods dispatch. Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, carrier backlog, remote area restrictions, natural disasters, or Buyer-provided incorrect shipping addresses are not our responsibility.

  3.3 All import tariffs, VAT, MPF fees, utility customs charges, and local delivery surcharges in the destination country shall be borne solely by the Buyer, except for DDP all-inclusive shipping packages clearly marked at checkout.

  3.4 Buyers must provide accurate, complete physical delivery addresses matching customs filing requirements. Virtual mailboxes, registered agent addresses, or PO boxes may result in delivery failure or customs seizure, with all losses covered by the Buyer.

4. Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

4.1 Order Cancellation:

• Full order cancellation is permitted within 24 hours of payment, before production commences, with a full refund processed within 5 working days.

• Once production has started (24 hours post-payment), order cancellation requests will incur a 30% production labor and material cancellation fee deducted from refunds. No cancellation is accepted once goods have been shipped.

  4.2 Refunds & Exchanges:

• Defective products caused by our production errors (misengraving from our typo, broken metal parts, missing rhinestones) qualify for free re-production, free return shipping, or partial/full refund upon Buyer providing clear photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery receipt.

• No refunds or exchanges for custom engraved personalized items due to Buyer’s spelling mistakes, changed minds, dislike of design, or minor visual batch differences as stated in Clause 1.1.

• Return shipping costs for non-quality issues shall be fully covered by the Buyer.

5. Intellectual Property & Custom Engraving

5.1 Buyers warrant that all text, phrases, names, slogans, and custom content submitted for engraving do not infringe third-party copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or contain offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or infringing content.

5.2 We hold no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from custom text provided by the Buyer. The Buyer shall indemnify us against all fines, legal fees, and losses from third-party IP claims.

5.3 Standard pre-written engraving templates shown on the shopping link are our original non-copyrighted gift text for personal and commercial promotional use.

6. Liability Limitation

6.1 We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including lost business profits, delayed events, or personal emotional losses arising from product delivery delays or minor visual product differences.

6.2 Our total maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for that specific order.

6.3 All products are intended as decorative gift keychains only; we disclaim liability for accidents, injury, or property damage arising from improper use, rough handling, or long-term wear and tear of metal accessories.

7. Customs & Compliance (North America / EU Buyers)

7.1 Buyers importing goods to the United States acknowledge all commercial shipments are subject to US HTS tariff regulations, 301 additional tariffs, and mandatory MPF administrative fees as per US CBP rules.

7.2 EU importers are responsible for complying with EU VAT and TARIC tariff rules; all commercial parcels are subject to VAT declaration regardless of cargo value per 2026 EU customs regulations.

7.3 Buyers shall provide valid local tax ID/EIN/VAT numbers for customs clearance when required by local border authorities. Failure to provide valid tax documentation may lead to cargo detention, with all related costs the Buyer’s responsibility.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 We only collect your name, shipping address, contact phone, email, and payment information solely to process your order, arrange shipping, and send logistics updates.

8.2 We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketing companies. Payment information is processed via secure third-party credit card gateways; we do not store full bank or card details on our servers.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting revised versions on the shopping link page. Continued use of the shopping link after updates constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the commercial laws of the State of Delaware, United States, for all North American buyers; EU orders shall follow the trade laws of the European Union. Any disputes will first be resolved via friendly negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
